The latest Google search results will be a little less confusing if you can ignore the word “cassette” in the title.
This year Google’s new YouTube app has been redesigned to look like a cassette deck.
You can use it to watch videos and audio files on the go, and it even has an ability to play audio from Google Drive, a file-sharing service that lets users share and manage their music.
And it does all this in an elegant, modern design that makes it easy to use and doesn’t require any plugins to get the job done.
The Google app is a welcome improvement for any user who has trouble navigating through the interface, and Google has taken the easy way out by creating a similar-looking app for Android phones.
(There are also some Google-branded apps on the Play Store, but I haven’t used them yet.)
